Who we are
PharmaSignal AI (“we”, “our”) operates this website. Questions about this policy go to info@pharmasignal.ai.
What we collect and why
The demo-request form. When you request a demo we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company and role, the reason for your request and, if you choose, your calculation system, the programs you manage and a short note. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the demo, and for nothing else. Please do not include patient data or any other protected health information — the form is not built to receive it.
Bot protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. Cloudflare’s privacy policy governs that processing.
Analytics. We measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate page-level figures, not individuals.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and operations.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technology.
How your request is handled
A form submission is relayed by e-mail to our team through Resend, an e-mail delivery service, and kept in our mailbox. Nothing you submit is stored in a database on this website. We keep your request while the conversation is active and delete it when you ask.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is processed by the service providers named above (Cloudflare and Resend) on our behalf, and disclosed only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. Write to info@pharmasignal.ai and we will respond.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date below it. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
